EMERGENCY NIGHT SERVICE at (877-776-1579)

Most companies that offer "after hours" assistance, no longer have personnel in the office seated by the cellphone. Support is most often offered by "on-call" personnel using mobile mobile phones, or by a third celebration assistance which costs per call/minute. Unfortunately these system have disadvantages such as calling going to mobile cellphone voice mail, not being responded to, and in the case of a 3rd celebration assistance, a associate who does not understand your products or clients.

Our urgent situation night assistance allows you to hook up your clients to your assistance without using 3rd events, it reduces the problem of mobile mobile phones being out of assistance or off, and provides a relaxed experience for both the call and -responder.

How it Works

1) A client calling your urgent situation assistance.

2) The program solutions, shows the contact that they are going to be placed on carry, and linked with a assistance associate.

3) (Optional) the program requires the contact to record a short concept about the problem.

4) The program locations the contact on Hold.

5) The 1st -responder or list of responders are known as. Mobile phones are known as for 30 second durations - program stays 5 a few moments, and calling again for Thirty a few moments etc...

** Once the contact is responded to by the -responder, the -responder is advised by the program that they have an urgent situation contact, if a concept was registered by the contact it is performed, then the responder r is motivated to media "1" to talk with the contact. This gives them a instant to get ready, get somewhere silent if they need to, and then talk with the contact. If the -responder does not media "1" the program constantly try to arrive at responders.

** After a variety of moments if the contact is not reacted to;

6) The program calling the first and second -responder or group(s). following the same design.

** After a variety of moments if the contact is not reacted to;

7) The program calling the first, second, AND third -responder or group(s)
